Strawberries and Cream Cookies

If you love strawberry flavor like I do, check out these cookies! They are little piece of heaven on Earth! You don’t want to pass this one up!

I ran into this cookie at Lil’ Luna. The ingredients called for Jello and pudding, which intrigued me. I have never used Jello in baking, so I had to give it a try! Boy, did they turn out to be yummy!

I did make a few adjustments in the recipe such as adding more Strawberry Jello. The extra Jello added a lot more flavor to the batter. I used a 3.3 oz. box of White Chocolate pudding in place of the 3.5 oz. package.

Here is a list of ingredients used:

1 cup of butter softened (I stuck mine in the microwave for thirty seconds)
2 T. + 1/2 tsp. of Strawberry Jello
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
1-3.3 oz. box of instant White Chocolate Pudding
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt
1-12 oz.bag of white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, Strawberry Jello, eggs and vanilla together until creamy.

In a second bowl, add flour, White Chocolate Pudding, baking soda and salt. Stir ingredients well with a spoon

In a large bowl combine both mixtures together and blend well.

Add white chocolate chips-stir well with spoon.

Spoon batter onto a cookie sheet. You can either use a non-stick spray or parchment paper.

Bake for 11-14 minutes (time may vary-keep an eye on them).
